We strictly abide by the most demanding international quality certification norms, demonstrating our commitment to the integrity of production links and business processes. International standard certification

Our production sites have obtained ISO9001 and ISO / TS16949 certification.

Various policies on sustainability, health, safety and environmental protection have been integrated into our concept, and the production site has obtained ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification.

Customer requirements

Some customers will put forward specific requirements for products and system levels. We will negotiate these requirements with them and implement all agreement items between the two parties into the contract or quality appendix.

Change management and product change notification

Our change management complies with JEDEC j-std-046 and ZVEI standards. If there is any product change, we will inform the customer through our EPCN (product change notification) system.

Quality complaint handling

Our complaint handling and management plan (Champ) covers all technical complaint applications for subsequent analysis and; Global 8D & rdquo; Based on the concept of problem solving. We use systematic problem solving methods to investigate returns and complaints, and provide detailed feedback (including corrective measures)

Review plan

GT adopts an internal and external review plan to ensure that our process meets the requirements of customers and international standards. At the same time, it is easy to find the improvement space of the system and implement corrective measures. We use cadiq system (quality improvement corrective action database) to manage this plan.

Material declaration and RoHS

GT always strives to meet and exceed the requirements of laws, regulations and customers. We collect, calculate, retain and report accurate information about the content of product materials, and inform customers and employees of key information in an effective way. Conflict minerals

GT strives to ensure that there is no conflict between material sources in order to comply with & ldquo; Conflict minerals & rdquo; Relevant policies and due diligence procedures have been implemented to reasonably ensure that tin, tungsten, tantalum and gold contained in the products will not become a direct or indirect source of funds for armed groups.GTEfforts will continue to ensure that there is no conflict in the supply chain, including furnaces and refineries.
